We've been buying coffee from the Caballero family in Honduras for 7 years now. This year, we went for a washed lot of the Catuaí variety. These beans make for a clean, smooth, and transparent espresso that brings back memories of the early days of specialty coffee in the Czech Republic — and that’s always a heartwarming thing.
