Grown with passion by producer Roger Ureña Hidalgo and processed at hisGrinder , Santa Teresa 2000, this batch showcases the Catuai variety. Bathed in the characteristic morning mist that gives the plot its name, the coffee cherries ripen very slowly due to the cold, which intensely concentrates their complex sugars. When brewed as an espresso, this coffee is particularly rich and sweet, revealing a harmonious profile of raisins, chocolate, and praline.
