O Last August, Prolog’s Błażej and Stefan visited Jheison López and his family for the first time — one of three exciting lots from that trip. This blend of Colombia, Castillo, and Caturra varieties was produced using a traditional honey process, delivering a sweet, full-bodied, complex cup.
