This summer blend combines the best of two coffee worlds and two iconic producers. The Colombian part is the work of coffee wizard Diego Samuel Bermudez, who has imbued the beans with their legendary smoothness, depth, and endless sweetness. Taferi Kela, on the other hand, took charge of the Ethiopian wilds, and it is thanks to his beans that the coffee has that perfect vacation sparkle, floral notes, and freshness. Both coffees were harvested in the fall of 2025 at optimal ripeness.<\/p>\n
The crystal-clear flavor and long, icy aftertaste are due to the fact that both components of the blend were processed using the traditional washed method. Immediately after harvesting, the coffee cherries were stripped of their skins and sticky pulp, and the beans were then thoroughly washed in water channels.
